Reverend Dr. Felecia Piggott-Long and Tommy Priest
A playwright, poet, rapper, activist, reverend, educator and doctor of African-American literature, Dr. Felecia Piggott-Long brings her love of African culture to Winston-Salem. She organized Winston-Salem’s first citywide, seven-day celebration of Kwanzaa and is an ambassador for artists of color.
Tommy Priest is a connector and artist who agitates for change. As the owner of Coffee Park, he organizes community events to engage people in conversation, spreading peace and diversity through art.
