Kanika represents Morningside and Reynolds park road area in the Southeast Ward in Winston-Salem. She loves people and taking them to the next level in life, which is what inspired her to join the Winston-Salem Portrait Project.

Kanika hopes to understand everyone’s struggles and wants to work together with others to build more connections.
